No Physical Returns
Because we sell dietary supplements, we are unable to accept physical returns of any kind — whether the product has been opened or remains sealed. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final with respect to the physical product.This does not affect your eligibility for a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We give you a full 60 days from the date your order is delivered to try our products and experience the benefits. If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund — no need to send anything back.

To qualify, all of the following must be true:
  • First purchase only. The guarantee applies to your very first order. If you have placed a second order with Thiory, you are no longer eligible for a refund on any previous purchase.
  • Single unit price. The refund is limited to the price paid for one (1) unit only, regardless of the bundle or package purchased.
  • Within 60 days of delivery. Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after this window will not be eligible.
  • Keep the product. You do not need to return anything. Simply contact our support team and keep the item.

What is not covered:

  • Repeat or subsequent orders — only your first purchase is eligible
  • Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window has passed
  • Amounts above the single-unit price
  • Original shipping charges, which are non-refundable

How To Request a Refund
Email our Customer Support team at hello@thiory.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for the refund request
  • Photos of the product or packaging (optional, but helpful)

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Broken Packaging on Arrival
If your order arrives with broken packaging or a compromised seal, please do not use it. Contact us immediately at hello@thiory.com with photos and we will send you a free replacement at no cost.

Important Notes

  • The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to orders placed directly through thiory.com.
  • Products returned with damage beyond normal use or missing parts may be subject to refusal.
  • Thiory reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
