By purchasing a product from Thiory, selecting any "Subscribe" or "Auto-Ship" option, or placing an order that includes a recurring charge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Subscription Policy.

1. Subscription Authorization & Consent

All purchases made on Thiory are auto-subscription enabled. By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly authorize Thiory to automatically charge your selected payment method for future recurring orders.

Immediately following your initial purchase, you will receive a notification email confirming your active subscription. This email provides direct access to your account where you can manage, edit, or modify your subscription details. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the terms below.

2. Immediate Control & Cancellation

We believe in total flexibility. Unlike many services, Thiory does not require a minimum commitment period.

  • Cancel Anytime: You have the right to cancel your subscription immediately after your first purchase.
  • Management Portal: You can cancel, pause, or modify your delivery frequency at any time by accessing the Subscription Customer Portal via the link provided in your confirmation email or through your account page on our website.
  • No Penalties: There are no fees or penalties for canceling your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle processes.

3. Billing Cycles & Frequency

The frequency of your billing and shipments is determined by the specific terms selected at checkout.

  • Standard Frequency: Unless otherwise specified or modified by you in the customer portal, subscriptions typically renew on a monthly basis.
  • Automatic Charges: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new cycle, and your product will be dispatched shortly thereafter.

4. Pricing & Discount Terms

Thiory is committed to pricing transparency regarding recurring orders:

  • Introductory Offers: Any promotional "Bundle Discounts" or "First-Time Purchase" savings apply exclusively to your initial order.
  • Price Protection: While introductory discounts may expire after the first cycle, Thiory guarantees to honor the original individual item price at the time of your enrollment. If the market price of the product increases, your renewal will continue at the original rate secured during your first purchase.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

To ensure you can try our products with confidence, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with specific limitations for subscribers:

  • First Purchase Only: Any "Money-Back Guarantee" or satisfaction warranty is only applicable to the first purchase made by a customer.
  • Subsequent Orders: Recurring subscription renewals (the second shipment and onwards) are not eligible for money-back guarantees or returns based on satisfaction, as these are intended for those who have already trialed the product.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Thiory reserves the right to retry the payment method on file. If payment cannot be secured after multiple attempts, your subscription will be placed on hold or terminated.

7. Changes to Terms

Thiory reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of these modified terms.
